Processing Time
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. UK Bank Holidays). As our products are hand-crafted in small batches, processing may occasionally take a little longer to allow for optimal curing time and the best possible scent release.

Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days within the UK.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days within the UK.
Please allow a little longer during seasonal periods.
